I am using tikona broadband since 6 month, facing issue with service since 9-10 days,
i am using day/night plan (no gb limit plan) and getting 20/30 kbps download speed only all the time, some times 90~100.
contacted customer care technical around 10 times
customer care people (according to Tikona IVR system the are online support engineers ) and following are the suggestions by technical support team :
please reboot the system in safe mode
please clear internet browser history
please connect directly to desktop
please logout and login again
please test your speed on speedtest.tikona.in 4 time
and after that (10-15 minutes later , after all above process)
your problem will be resolved in 2-3 hrs
a engineer will visit on your site within 24 hrs
and after 10~12 days.... problem not solved
