[color=rgb(38,38,38);]I have been with Tikona for about 4 months now since June 2013; the initial set-up was not smooth. I applied over the phone for a connection with them, and waited two weeks; I received no activity on it. I sent them a follow up e-mail expressing my problem. They then assigned a representative to assist me personally with getting my connection set up and he proved very helpful. My connection was up and running about two weeks later, with some minor issue was faced for few days; but, you know, a bit of shrewdness, initiative and patience on part of the as a customer can make things run a lot smoother. The people I dealt with were overall quite nice and when I explained my issues lucidly, they always fixed them.[/color]

so, yes, given my experience with Tikona, over all is good only i had few issue the initial set up process, because I had the impression that the service would be good if only I could get it. [/color][color=rgb(38,38,38);font-family:georgia, serif;font-size:12px;]It has been good, overall, and if we look at most of the other ISP companies that are likely able to service us (i.e. Sify, airtel, reliance etc.), I think you'll find Tikona is at the head of the pack, and thus a safer bet and a reasonable recommendation.
