Time based tariff?

mtnl has launched the new time based tariff Trib T10 w.e.f from 2nd feb.. they charge u for extra hrs this time.. what a smart idea (being sarcastic) what ever will they think of next..

Yes Technically speaking u are correct but what I meant was Mtnl would put a timer on their website, and will charge u for the number of minutes u spend on Mtnl website.
