Reliance is never known to be good at Customer service.And they are continuing this trend. But I noticed in hyderabad Big Tv sales is picking up.

It seems like they have heard your request and invested in their CC infrastructure. Now when you call their toll free number, you will be asked many options before you actually talk to a representative. They have placed IVR which will send the calls to respective executives.
