Heh. I need to get the leather strap of my Timex changed every six months or so. Watch itself is pretty sturdy though.

i am still wondering about the core issue. brand new watch had brittle strap? or the watch is old and the strap just basically disintegrated!

The timepiece doesn't look new or maybe the photograph doesn't make it look new.

sorry for not updating. thats 3rd strip in 6 months. what the hell is wrong with this company? I cant spend 400 bucks each 3 times every 6 months. watch itself is sturdy .but these damn strips keeps on breaking.

Leather ones are equally bad.

thats a sport watch..no leather options available. and since its ironman triathlon watch, they're not available in normal stores.

Well, if its spring pin based, then you dont need to go to official shop for leather one!

Any normal watch shop would get you nice belt.

Or you can get metal one matching with your watch. (Although it may not look nice!)
