Whenever I start a download on qBittorent, the internet gets disconnected from all devices at home. This has been happening since the time we got our router replaced with the new one that has common SSID for 2.4 and 5 ghz. I even brought a TP-Link archer ax10 router connected in wireless router mode. however the problem still persists. have never had any downloading in the last 4 years of having Jio Fiber, I used to even seed torrents. Now i can barely download.

Most of the modem-cum-routers provided by ISPs are garbage. They dont have decent memory & CPU to deal with the load & number of connections.
I had the same issue with my excitel router. Whenever I tried to download a large file it became extremely hot & rebooted. I kind-of solved this problem by limiting the number of connections in qbittorrent's settings. In qbitorrent by default number of connections are pretty high (500). Try limiting these connections to 20-50 and then see if your problem is solved or not.
Or you can use your TP-Link in Access Point mode and use its wifi for torrent. I bet it has better specs than Jio's router.

because of this problem i have done a little research of my own. I tried getting the jio fiber router into bridge mode, but that doesn't work until its done on technical people on the server end(or whatever that's called, the people behind the network). I spoke to customer service, but none have any knowledge about the getting it enabled. Then the customer service guy says that the new ONT have AI features in them, don't know how far that is true. But torrenting experience has been shit in the last 2 months. Unable to download or seed, and as I start downloading the internet cuts-off on all devices, with it being restored on closing the torrent program. My situation has been helpless. I have been torrenting on the same ISP network since last 4 years and never had such an issue until recently.

First see whether you have problem via LAN port or wifi ?
In my case I had no problem using qbitorrent via LAN port but on wifi is where router used to reboot.
Hence, I disabled wifi on excitel's router and used my own router in repeater mode. I didnt have problem using qbitorrent then.
ISPs rarely provide Bridge Mode nowadays. I also tried alot to put the excitel's router in bridge but it didnt work. Either use your TP-Link router in Access Point Mode or use DMZ functionality in Jio's router if they have any.
