Hi friends,I am having a strange problem, I got EVDO a month ago and everything is working fine.The problem is I am not getting good download speed in EVDO even if the ports are not blocked. All the ports are open, bitcomet says so and i checked with PF.com also and its showing port is open.Now when I download from a good server (HTTP) I am getting speed over 100kBps and in torrents less than 20 kBps..What might be causing it and whats the solution ?

about torrents download, you are downloading from
different sources ( seeders ?) . This could slow down
the D/L.
Testing speed at speedtest sites and actual websites
the speed will be vastly different.
I could suggest tcp/ip optimizer from
SpeedGuide.net :: The Broadband Guide.
Follow the recommendations and occasionally recheck.
give feedback if any improvement.
will give another website for torrents speed increase.

Thanks essbebeI did what you have mentioned, but as this is EVDO i am not getting the connection to the router to optimize it using TCP/IP optimizer, it is asking to select the network connection but my netwrok connection does not show there, nor in Network connections
