So far i came across these to router and i spoke to airtel both will work with airtel.
User id i email giving n admin page and password is the airtel user id on thank app (all number)
xc220 price around 2100 on indiamart page.
xx230 price around 6500 approx. on ltonlinestore
I think both TP are same range but only diffrence is wifi 6 and app support in xx230 rest is almost same.
I think all TP-Link have much better range compare to Airtel native router.
