making mandatory!! that's not too good. :S just give the option of choosing pulse - let customers choose whether they want to pay per minute or second.
neh. the article stated that all operators would have to offer at least one plan that enables the user to pay per second instead of minute. and they are considering such a policy.
^^^ if its a matter of just one plan, then its a good move from trai.offtopicalways wonder why can't trai be proactive in broadband as they are in mobile
TRAI has announced all the telecom operator hav to follow pay per second concept! nw no customer will b cheated..thank you to the operators who have opted for the pay per second billing especially tata docomo...
Its quite clear that TRAI's lastest decision to obligate all mobile operators to adopt the 'per second' billing is clearly inspired by Tata docomo...had it not been for Tata docomo's (Tata's latest GSM venture) 1p/sec base per second model, Aircell and MTS and eventually TRAI would've never followed suit.....sadly this move has invited widespread oppositon from the likes of Airtel and Vodafone!.....can't we ever accept a move that is beneficial to the customers without any public discontent from the business class??? Anyway's Tata Docomo customers will benefit....so will Aircell, MTS customers
