There seems to be some discrepancy though. The independent network audit quoted way higher TCH (call) drops than this, iirc.

But, yes, BSNL subscriber base is falling rapidly.

Did I see something wrong or does this say that RCom has 100% uptime on wired broadband (all India) ?
