Minimum download speed not set yet. Lets hope minimum download speed should reasonable after FUP, because generally wireless broadband providers high speed download quota is very little and after FUP wireless broadband is just useless.

This entire forum is going dead. TRAI has now after so many years set the bandwidth policy. Thankfully you will get 80% of the usage speeds from aug 23.
"Every service provider shall, in all its wireless (mobile and dongle) data plans, indicate the minimum download speed available to the consumers," as per latest amendment by TRAI in standards of Quality of Service for Wireless Data Services Regulations."

I am shocked that no one posted it as this story is 1 month old. I guess the forum is dying.

Whats new? That rule was there earlier too.

That was for wireline. Now it is for wireless after 1995 since internet came to India! But it is not 80% of total speed. They have written 80% of usage speed. Can anyone clarify the language?
