An online UK retailer has the Asus Eee Pad Transformer 2, model number TF201, up for preorder on its website. There aren’t many details uploaded there, not even an image, but the one that most interests us is right there – Tegra 3 processor. That’s the quad core processor that will pump out at least 2x times improved performance in comparison to the dual core processors existing today, be it NVIDIA’s own Tegra 2, Apple’s A5, TI’s OMAP, or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon.
