TriB 749NU help..........

hi all.....i want to know how much download speed u r getting in Trib 749NU plan???.......because i m getting only 252kbps i.e 32 KB/s download..........

u get 2MBPS i.e. around 200KB/s+ ... complain to CC/GM etc

ya i know i should get 2mbps......but its been 1 week.....i m complaining on 1504.....they r giving new complaint number again n agian....i called SDO of my exchange...he is saying its not our fault,we hav changed ur port n bla bla..(it seems he dont know anything)....n said thr is nothing else we can do.....Now what should i do?can complaing to GM will help??or thr is any other option??

seems your speeds have not been synced to 2 mbps. post your line stats-data rate,line attenuation,snr margin. keep bugging them to change your speeds.if you are synced to 2 mbps, try a different source for download.

yup your speeds are still set to 256 kbps. tell them to change your speeds to 2 mbps. keep bugging them.

Ask them to sync your speeds to 2mbps.This may take a while sometimes. However, you may also try escalating your case, talk with the GM or someone?
