Triband 749 NU speeds reduced (Delhi)

hi

i have 749 NU plan with speed upto 2mbps. since past few days my download speed has gone down from around 200 kbps to 25 kbps. i sent a mail to [email protected] they replied that your tel no. does not show vmac first confirm vmac then mail again. i talked to the person who checks the problems in internet, he said that vmac has nothin to do with speed & if vmac was disabled then net would not work altogether. :wall: and he is not even coming to check it at my house.

now i dont even know wether the problem is from my side or theirs. pls suggest somethin that i can do to get my original speed back.

i am from adarsh nagar it comes under shakti nagar exchange.

if there is somethin that i should check from my side pls let me know that.

is anybody else facing this problem ??

which modem ur using type 192.168.1.1 on to browser then change the mtu rate from 1500 to 1492 it will increase the speed

its already set to 1492 buddy. and my modem in MT 882
