Triband down in Malad/Goregaon ?

Anyone else facing this issue ? Since late last evening, my ADSL is not connecting at all. Came to know there was fire in Goragaon exchange. Though my Tel line comes from Malad exchange, I believe my ADSL connects thru Goregaon exchange. Have opened a complaint lets see what happens.

Oh, thats the reason. My friend (in goregaon) called me and was asking me to make a complaint abt his tel line and triband not working

Did airtel put notice when there was fire? This was just for Goregaon exchange, and Airtel problem was all over Mumbai I guess.I dont remember reading news of any kind of apology by Airtel.

Airtel was covered by media & there were ads too. They took long to recover though!
