Trouble configuring TP-Link wifi modem with BSNL

Hello, Just bought a new TP-Link wireless modem router TD-W8901G. I upgraded (sort of !) from my D-Link modem router . The good thing with D-Link modem router was that the ISP's username and password were stored in the modem itself and so there was no need to login internet all the time. Can this tp link do the same ? Also the router is not yet configured. Can anybody help me ??

First: BACKUP present settings to say
C:/My Documents/wifi unsecured OK.

Hello,I have bought TP-Link modem+Router and using it with Bsnl Wifi.I could serve the internet on my laptop but also want to connect my iphone4 with the same.What settings i have to do for it?

Your laptop will work as an AP.

Hi Guys, After putting up with BSNL for more than 5 years i have decided to change my ISP to beam cable. So now my TP-Link Wifi modem router is lying unused....Want to sell it off but .. i was wondering if it can used for Switch and WiFi capabilities while disabling the Modem part ....

I request all the gurus here to help me
