In dsy time its all good. But after 7 to 8 tumes router restart it does not work but my brothers jio on ground floor through wifi gives 156 ping on same server all the time but mine gives 315 ping after 5pm
By the way, did you try a traceroute to the server ip? run a tracert command to the ip you are checking.
Also, check with Cloudflare WARP on once, since it can change your routing.
@hardcore_gamer29 Well, JIO Engineer service is always pathetic. Try to rum some other Ping Tests on other servers using yours and your brother Fiber as see if you notice Ping difference, Also, Checkout Which Backend server is your Fiber connected with and your brother one connected with
Also, See if your DNS as well as IP Address machine connected to the same server as of your brother or not
@hardcore_gamer29 I started experiencing the same issue with my Jio Fiber two days ago—the red light problem you mentioned. I booked a service appointment, and two technicians arrived within 3-4 hours. They checked the power levels, and like in your case, their device showed it as "low." I overheard them discussing this as I was there. They ended up cutting the fiber, detaching some parts, and then reattaching it to the outside box. Since then, my internet has been working, but the connection isn't stable. The ping is fluctuating wildly, much higher than usual, and I'm noticing frequent disconnections in games like Fall Guys, Genshin Impact, and Valorant. Could you let me know if you were able to resolve your issue? If so, how?
