[TUTORIAL] How to Put Excitel's provided PPC ONT in Bridge Mode.

For bridge mode working, we will need one router which allows mac address cloning.

STEP 1 : Go to WAN section of your PPC ONT and disable the admin status of INTERNET wan profile.
STEP 2 : Go to IPTV profile in wan section and scroll down and select LAN 2 in port binding.
STEP 3 : You need to to connect your router which allows mac address cloning wan port of router to LAN 2 of PPC ONT using ethernet cable.
STEP 4 : Go to excitel portal and copy MAC Address( remember to copy mac address and not ONU's mac address) and clone it on your own router which allows mac cloning.
STEP 5 : Choose authentication type PPPoE on your router and enter username and password you use to login to excitel web portal.

@anmolbhard004 why not just connect your own router with a static IP & put it in the dmz zone of ISP router? It should work almost as well as bridge mode.

@anmolbhard004 I cloned the mac address mentioned on the excitel website and able to successfully authenticate PPPoE on PPC 2k15x using bridge mode

@pankaj98 which mac exactly router one ? or the other one ? can you share a screenshot of your router setting that mentions bridge mode
and most imp which onu are you using for bridge or you are using the one provided by excitel only

@anmolbhard004 Connect your own router like archer c6 wan port to one of the ethernet port on airtel/ISP router. Then in C6 settings select internet connection type as static IP & give it an ip within main range of ISP router but outside of its DHCP sever range so for example if airtel/ISP router DHCP server range starts from 192.168.1.100 then give ip of 192.168.1.3 in the archer C6 internet connection settings type static ip. This will mean that archer C6 will always have an IP of 192.168.1.3 when connected to ISP/airtel router. Now in airtel/ISP router settings go to app section & there enable dmz & select "archer C6" (or its ip 192.168.1.3) from the dropdown menu of devices (may be different for other ISPs where one need to manually enter the IP of the device to be put in DMZ zone) & then save the settings. After doing all this the airtel/ISP router should forward all ports to the connected C6 so if you need port forwarding/NAT etc then simply connect the device to C6 wifi & do any settings there only with no need to do any more changes in airtel/ISP router. This works practically same as bridge mode without the hassle of contacting airtel/ISP customer care to enable/setup bridge mode & only requires a functioning DMZ option in ISP router which most ISPs have as far as I know except for some rare specific router models.

@anmolbhard004 I am using PPC 2K15X provided by excitel for bridge mode.

Regarding the MAC part, you can go to excitel.com website --> login with your creds --> use the mac address that is mentioned in the Service Details under Dashboard
