TV Tuner Card for recording on Laptop for Tata Sky DTH

Hi Friends,
Need serious expert advice.
I currently have D2H Tata Sky ( No Plus No HD).
I would like to record certain programs to my hard disk in laptop for later viewing.
My understanding after reading so many posts is that Tata Sky (or for that matter any Indian D2H service) setup box recorder only allows to record and view via setup box. We cannot transfer the recorded programs in Setup box to laptop and view on laptop.
I want to record on laptop for later viewing.
Few Questions:
1. Which TV tuner card will work my Dell laptop and allow me to view and record tata sky D2H programmes?
Requiremnets:
1. Be able to record and play later on on laptop
2. reasonably priced (upto rs 4000 or nearby is max i can speed...the lower price better)
3. Will work with Tata Sky D2H
4. Less complicated setup and let me know if any extra accessories required.
I await your expert and valuable advice as I need to purchase asap due to some urgent requirements. Hence request for your feedback suggestions.

Usually we read other buyers review/ratings on the item page. There is someone who has written that remote control is not good. But that does not matter as laptop keys can be used to change Sound Volume, Mute etc, infact remote is not needed everytime as the PVR software itself has all the controls.

Hi Sunando, did you manage to get the Avermedia tv tuner card?. I can recommend Avermedia I have their tv tuner card in the uk and the quality is very high. Sunando I was wondering if you could do me a big favour I was wondering on Tata Sky if you subscribe to the TEN Action channel/The TEN Pack If you do with the tuner card could you please record a programme on a friday night?. The programme in question is Blackburn rovers tv it's the only place that broadcasts extensive coverage of Blackburn Rovers games in the UK we only ever get 10 seconds of rovers games on the TEN Action channel they broadcast the full rovers games from the league and cup I would be eternally grateful if you could do this for me and would compensate you for doing this for me as a Rovers fan for 18 years unfortunately since relegation tv coverage of rovers games in the UK has been limited to 10 secs. The deal venkys have agreed with TEN Action to broadcast the full games represents the only good thing these owners have done right and with this being the only way to get the full match it makes things very difficult. I would be eternally grateful if you could do this for me and would compensate you for recording this for me. Savio
