TV Tuner card for Setup box - AV Input

I am looking for a Tv Tuner card for my PC. I bought Pinnacle PC TO GO external tv tuner card. But for that i have only 1 anntana input. But from my setup box, i have the AV Cable out put ( Yellow, White, Red). But for Tv Tuner only anttana input :wall:. For that i have bought RF Converter. But its doest work properly.Do any TV Tuner card available with the AV Cable input (Yellow, White, Red). So that i can watch the TV on my PC without any loss of image quality.Please advice some model TV Tuner card which supports AV Cable input and work fine.THANKS
