I'll speak with the appellate office today so see whether they can fix it.

Anyway, I'm able to access twitter via Hotspot Shield. But this is not an ideal solution.

^ Yes, RCOM owns that 115... IP series as well. I get 123.23X.XXX.XXX or 124... series IP address.
Now I'm starting to think that they've intentionally blocked twitter.
Btw, Hotspot Shield Elite is awesome. I'm getting full speed while browsing/downloading/streaming and all sites including twitter are opening fine. So anyone having issues accessing twitter on their RCOM connection can give HSE a try.

Still can't access twitter and mobilephonetalk. Do you guys have access to mobilephonetalk.com? What are other sites that are blocked?
