in airtel connection, tx and rx power both are fluctuating every second and I get ping spikes, from 10-20 to directly 160-180ms causes internet call and discord calls to lag. What should be done? The ping spikes may be due to this issue?

What is the range of values of Rx and Tx power ? Idealy they should be constant and generally less than 25dBm(ignoring the sign). If the fluctuation is causing it to be greater than 25dBm, then this is definitely the issue, you can raise an issue with Airtel.

I got the cause, when I am connected over ethernet, ping to router is 1ms and less than 1 ms, but on wifi, it fluctuates like hell even if I am just 5m away from the router. So, I think this is due to the wifi interference, how to get over this problem??

You should use your WiFi on the 5Ghz band more as it's less saturated I guess. But still depending on the location you are in , it can also be congested.
Also try to keep the WiFi router in the exact middle of your house if you can . This prevents Interference with other WiFi devices nearby . When using a 2.4Ghz WiFi, make sure you keep Wireless Keyboard/Mouse and Bluetooth devices far away. If your current router doesn't have 5Ghz WiFi consider buying a new one or wire your whole home.

Note that the Router's WiFi can also be faulty which might be the case at your side. Which router are you using for WiFi?

@shashankb bro I literally got the cause of the problem after so much time, I want to get it fixed, but there are lots of networks all around my neighbourhood, almost 10-15 everytime, so how may I remove the interference completely? I have a 5ghz router and a 5ghz ont.

You cannot shut down other peoples networks. 5Ghz may have a reduced range but still there will be interference. What you should do is place router far from other router's probable locations and use a WiFi Signal Analyser to change your channel. Also of 10-15 are there , then you better get Wired for Ping Intensive applications like Discord and other gaming stuff
Use your Router's WiFi with ONT in Bridge mode if you can

@shashankb bridgemode will have higher latency and less download speed as compared to wired?
