Uh....Pls help!

Listen...i've got a bsnl NetOne dial-upwall: pls dont make fun of me) and my netspeed tests show that my dwnld speed is 22kbps and upload is 64kbps, server sigapore ping-931ms(what is ping anyway?)now even i touight that these figures are wrong so i did the test agian...and again...and again.. and it kept coming same, my max dwnlsd speeds only reach about 3kbpswall: again) then how is it showing these figures.???pls reply!

usually dial up connection speed is around 40-56kbps.

Ping means time taken for the signal to reach a server .
Used for tests. the lesser ping time , better/faster your internet connection.

22kbps means 22/8 approx 3KB/sec D/L (bits /bytes/ confusion !)
64Kbps means 64/8 8KB/sec U/L
You will need minimum 5/6 minutes to download a 1MB program/picture or file.
Always use a download Manager to download files as connection goes dead, without warning !
