unable to access ftp using airtel xstream fiber

I am unable to access ftp (ftp://192.168.1.1) using airtel exstream fiber router. (dragnpath technologies)

i have enabled ftp under
1) advance>remote access>ftp> checked both LAN and WAN
2)services>firewall>alg>ftp
3)services>uPnP is also enabled

Im still not able to access eithe ftp or setup printer wirelessly. Please help with this request.

How are you accessing ftp?

I believe you need to contact customer care to enable ftp.

Also note recently browsers have disabled ftp support so use dedicated ftp software... Long time ago I used filezilla tool.
