Unable to access login page of router

Guys on February 2022 my GX router was changed with OPPC router with 4 antennas, QoS support etc. Which was an amazing router. On my GX router i used to get 18 dBm power & after changing the router it went to 12 dBm. But even then there was a strange thing happening. Sometimes the admin page refused to load. I thought it's temporary because it used to happen 2/10 times. Now it doesn't work. (The admin page is set to default IP). Doesn't matter whether i use Ethernet or wifi from any device. I cannot connect to it because it says refused to connect. Only when I disconnect the fiber cable from router the admin page loads magically. I don't know the reason. Even reset didn't help. I have to configure the router unplugging the patch cable. Should i replace it? I'm a bit worried will they change OPPC router with other router because my OPPC one gives me awesome range which GX one didn't. Let me know how can I fix it?

I too have PPC Router, but never faced this issue. Login page works every time via http://192.168.1.1/ when I'm connected.
Not sure why it's happening, will suggest you contact support via Live chat in my excitel app or on any social media platform.

Have you set your PC ethernet to not automatically obtain IP address and manually set its ip to 192.168.1.2 and default gateway to 192.168.1.1 then try to open the router site at 192.168.1.1 ?

Yes, it still doesn't work. Even on Mobile phone it doesn't work.

Try changing your browser or resetting the settings for current one.

This means excitel disabled it for you, like it has disabled login for SSID 2 "www.excitel.com".

Try from incognito private browsing mode after making the wired ethernet settings, not wifi?

I haven't contacted support yet as I was a bit busy. Will do it today and let y'all know. I hope they'll fix it without changing the router.
