Unable to access modem (USTARCOM WA3002G4)

Guys,
I'm unable to access the web interface of my BSNL Broadband modem (Type 4). When I type http://192.168.1.1 in my browser nothing shows up. I'm unable to ping the IP also. The request times out after some time.

There is no problem with internet connectivity.

Please advise.

make sure network cable connected properly, try to reset your MODEM manually

Since Internet is working
Find your Dynamic IP.
What is my IP address? Show my IP address. IP Tracer & IP Locator.
Type it in address bar; example 128.164.76.56 ( Not real)
You may get a window asking for ID and PW.

If connected check ID and PW used
small letters admin admin

Start network LAN properties
TCP/IP
properties
see
your Ip 192.168.1. x
255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.1.x ) or any other ?)
Para two:
try to reset your MODEM manually
to enter settings again,
after modem reverts to Factory defaults.
