Unable to activate sim

Hello,

I just got the sim under the Samsung scheme. Got message that sim is ready for activation. Sim is in slot 1. When I dial 1977, it keeps giving me error " sorry. We are currently facing system problems, please dial later" due to this I am not able to activate sim. Has anyone else faxed issue. I tried activating from my alternate number by dialing 1800 number but call never connected. Anyone in same boat as me?

Seems like their activation system is facing a high load due all the recent sims issued. Try activating late in the night. If still not activating call Jio care.
