Unable to change DNS on my RL-TECH router (richerlink rl821gwv)

Hello, I recently got an BSNL fiber connection and in the router that came with it, I am unable to change my dns. There is an option for manual DNS and I am able to set it, but it is not working on any of the connected devices (both lan and wifi). Attaching a link for screenshot of the interface as unable to upload image, any help will be appreciated.
