Unable to change password for my Broadband account

I have an old account, recently when I tried to change my password(http://10.241.16.195/webLogin.jsp), After typing my old password and the new password that I want, instead of changing password there comes message informing me that connection is unsecure. What should I do?

Never trust BSNL :cool2:. Try using one of the other portals for 59.x.x.x users.Yes, It is safe, if the certificate has just expired .. But, I am not sure.
 
I had to switch off my firewall before it let me change the pass, u could try the same.
 
Try the above solution or try clearing out your cache and cookies and restart browser and then try changing it.
