I have tried uninstalling my norton antivirus, disabled windows fire fall, unchecked the ipv6 protocol but still does not work. I am using the option to config IP automatically it was working fine before and now i dont know what's the issue. Kindly help...

Welcome to broadband forum.in
it was working fine before
was it a Different ISP ?
Enter BSNL user ID without @ bsnl.in select VPI/VCO 0_35
1. Try openDNS 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222
2. Recheck modem settings. Check diagnostics page.
3. for reference WA3002-g1 ADSL MODEM (Type-II) MENU
4. Did you try System Restore ?

Disconnect phone line first. Reset the modem if reset button is available in the modem. Clear all TCP/IP settings of LAN adapter of your computer. Power off the modem. Now power on and make a new connection in Vista. Choose Broadband POOpe option. Check firewall settings of Norton Antivirus. Dont put user id and password inside the modem but enter it from your new connection.
