Unable to downgrade the firmware of netlink hg323dac

I upgraded the fw of my onu but it was not stable but when i am trying to downgrade it to earlier version it is showing the error in the image below

Downgrading is not an easy process. Most softwares cannot be downgraded once upgradation is done.
