Whenever I try to add entry to "Reserved IP Address List", I get a 404 error. I tried looking for my ONT software update but couldnt find anything related to its name/model.

Im not even getting to the window where i can set reserved ip. It just shows error when i click on add.

I searched title of "reserve ip" window, and it looks like its "Netlink HG323RGW". My hardware version is too old even though i got connection in 2021, so theres no firmware update for it.

Sorry but since im seeing no other option, can you please send text or screenshot of
HTML:
 <Dir Name="DHCP_RESERVED_IPADDR_TBL">
 </Dir>
from your lastgood.xml after adding any random ip to it (from your ont ui), so i can edit mine since UI for it isnt working, replace mac with 0000, i will know.

Is it safe to install it? From what I know if hardware version is different in the patch, i can end up with a nonfunctional device.

Don't know about the hardware version but mismatch could be an issue. Software version seems old from what you shared. The available one on the website is old too but hopefully newer than the one in your device.
Good to know it worked.
