Unable to get a Airtel fiber connection due to port being full. What should I do next?

I booked the wifi the executive told fiber optic is available and I paid 3 month advance , when the installation engineer called me he said the DP box is full and only airfiber can be installed, appellate authority just say that this is our priority concern and etc. idk what to do ?
Please anyone help.

They said all the ports in the Airtel fiber box is full that is all 10 connections. I paid almost 3k for 100 mbps plan and now they are denying the connection that no ports are left.
What shall I do next to get the connection?
