So vodafone got a fresh new design, but I guess this change came at a cost for its customers.
Since the new design got online, I am unable to login to My Vodafone account using my login information, it worked fine with the old design.
I tried resetting my password, but even with the new pwd, it won't let me log in.
Lodged a complaint with the Nodal desk and they provided me a SMS/Email password via SMS but there is no page on the site where I can enter those SMS/ Email pwd and reset my password.
Now when I try to login to My Vodafone, I get the following message
The recovered password process is not completed.Go to "Recovered Password" flow to complete
Any ideas on how to get around this problem?
