Unable to setup VOIP on XC220-G3v for Airtel Xstream Fiber Maharashtra

I invested my entire weekend in it. Tried different ways to get voice services working on XC220-G3v.
I noticed that the registrar address for Maharashtra is "mh.ims.airtel.in" instead of just "ims.airtel.in" Moreover the SIP server IP, Outbound proxy, and authentication passwords are also different here. I got them from my Sercomm onu from the page inspect option, as many creds were "***"ed out.

I have done too much research, and I have lots of photos and screenshots, but I don't know where to start uploading. If anyone needs anything for further reference, please let me know. I can provide relevant screenshots.

If someone was successful in setting up VoIP in Maharashtra circle please guide me

Lol sure brdr
You first need to create a VoIP WAN profile and bind the the VoIP to it.
Then you need to create a static route and check if you are able to ping the soft switch IP. If so, then you are set and can setup a softphone either in your PC or use a landline.
What's your use case?

Looks good but you only need one static route and uncheck that Register via outbound proxy checkbox.

I am getting error code 503 after disabling Register via outbound proxy, earlier I only got "account[+91***********(0)] registration failed"

With the same settings, I got it to work on ZoiPer, but wont get incoming calls
