Recently out of nowhere Airtel has started charging daily Rs 3 for VAS Astrology SMS service which I did not ask for nor activate or anything.I have sent an email to their 121@ support address asking to cancel and refund and was supposed to get a response yesterday but the charges are still occuring.I will followup with nodal, appelate etc, but is there anything else I can do to stop this and more importantly get a refund for all the recent charges?
