Uncharted (Movie)

Right. Why was I under this impression for so long?

Tell me, that doesn't look like Nathan?

Though Nathan did comment on not being cast and said, probably because Sony took too long to make a movie. This movie was in the works since 2008.

From gps working underground to the fate of Antonio Banderas. Everything about this movie was a mess lol.

Also of course the ships were not really hidden. The cave looked like something that would have been explored by tourists and natives by now. Not to mention the strength of everything on the ship to survive the abuse it did lol. And the dual post credit scene indicating a franchise based on this movie which I am guessing is not really happening now? Maybe it is... lol.

The biggest mess is the casting. You have a solid source material. You have well written characters. You just had to find right people for right roles. And it's a disaster cast. And if the cast is good and the movie has charm, one can overlook the technical loopholes in the plot.

Sony waited 12 years to make it.. Could have waited a few more to find the perfect cast.

yeah. i mean it could have been a modern day indiana jones type series with a cast that made sense. wahlberg has already said that he is not into franchises. holland is just the wrong actor for the role. half of his scenes had him do what he did in spiderman movies lol.
