Unforgotten (ITV, 2015)

looks to be getting mixed reviews. episode seems to be available now. probably should wait for the entire season to be out because story runs very slow on this show through the season.
 
god. i have no idea what the makers of the show are doing with the replacement boss. the storyline proceeds the same fashion as previous seasons. but you really miss the chemistry between bhaskar and walker. i am sure new lady would eventually get involved in the victims like nicola did but for now, it's pretty weird. bhaskar is annoyed coz he does not have much control even though he could have led the department himself. lady is more focused on her personal life which somehow became a mess the same day she joined the new department. would be surprised if they give this another season.
 
finished season 5. i guess they managed to get the team working together on the case by the end.
 
looks like they dumped the entire season in one go. this show is usually heavy so i prefer weekly watch. but it also gets annoying at times when nothing really happens in the second half of the season coz everything is resolved in finale so i guess this is also nice.
