We all know that, Jio has migrated existing users to new unlimited plan (ie 3.3TB/Month). I have also received message earlier that, my plan is migrated to unlimited.
However, today, My speed has got down to 1Mbps and when I contact CC, they are saying that, I have used 200GB/month and I have to redeem my voucher (200GB) to get the speed back. This is really stupidity to the highest. Why should I use 200GB voucher, when they announce unlimited Data.
In main page, it is showing Unlimited and will expire on January.
Did anyone face this kind of situation?
