MTNL has the lowest rates. Please check reliance also. Unlimited and good speed won't come together. If you choose unlimited, speed will reduce.

and of course. mtnl service support is nowhere near airtel's. reliance does not know the meaning of the term customer support.

Check in your area , if MTNL's service is fine , get it . Their speeds etc are all fine only the customer care is crap
