Unregistered and Unauthorized randomly during the day

My ONU displays this message randomly during the day or night once or twice and the internet connectivity breaks, it works fine most of the time showing "Registered And Authorized" but at some occasions this happpens. I don't know what might be triggering it. Changed the ONU 3 times so that is not the problem.
What can be the issue here? any inputs will be helpful.

@HC1337 probably an ONT or backend device auth server problem. Each ONT is registered with its serial number and IIRC MAC as well. Call for support. Nothing can be done from your side.
 
I'm pretty sure the ISP I'm using doesn't MAC binding or serial binding. It happens randomly and fixes itself in a couple of minutes or until I restart, this only happens to me and not my friend who is also on the same ISP.
 
Bro it's best you contact the support as they need to diagnose the issue both at your end for e.g. is there an intermittent issue with the link OR their backend server, ONT etc. If its not happening to your friend there has to be a reason. Please understand as end customers our diagnosis is limited only to what is present in the router's configurable options or on the ONT itself. Any hardware or backend related issue has to be resolved by the service provider.

Have you tried hardware resetting the router? Use the reset button. Use a toothpick etc to press and hold for 10 seconds. Let it reboot and check if it is resolved.
 
Yes I have tried resetting it aswell. Ya I will check with the backend team if possible.
