I just want to share my experience of having Airtel Broadband. I have it since December last year. I got symptoms for COVID so I had to come back to my HomeTown so I had to get the billing stopped. I tweeted Airtel. They called me for verification I did that.
NOW they raised a service request that my internet is having problems and assigned a manual visit even when I’m not in the city and asked for the disconnection, the guy called and I told him that I want to get the connection disconnected or atleast get the billing stopped and he understood.
I’m isolated in home for some days although the report came negative. But Airtel is calling me daily. 10 times a day. It’s 2PM and got 4 calls and it’s pathetic.
