Trai mandates telcos to offer separate recharge plans for voice & SMS

Jio is going to hike "Value" Pack plans bcz of this new TRAI Rule

New plans
479 will offer calling only now for 84 days
539 will offer 6GB, unlimited calling for 84 days (Previously priced 479)
1999 will offer calling only for 365 days
2249 will offer 24GB, unlimited calling for 336 days (Previously priced 1899).

Both airtel, Jio has reduced price little bit than earlier

528 Rs will now offer 6GB, 84 days
2248 Rs will now offer 24GB, 365 days
Both above plan might be updated soon.

^^^ I was thinking of this solution after my current Annual pack of 24 GB expires. May be its time to say bye bye to Jio SIM by May-25 if Jio doesn't come up with reasonable price pack like 24GB earlier.
