Upgrade offer on Tatasky

Tata Sky team changed my dish also, when i asked them why they told me it is necessary otherwise i will get distorted images most of the time as i am using three connections from one dish i.e one HD+ and two SD Boxes.

I m using the same old dish and its perfectly working. Though only single connection.

As per the customer Care the old normal Set Top Box which costs approximately Rs 1700 in the market will be taken back during up-gradation for just Rs 300. The new Digital set top box without recording facility will cost Rs 2900 approx, and if bought by credit card will cost Rs 2610 exactly. We are loosing more than 80% on upgrading.

i have my connection connected to a dish with 3 more and my coverage is gone with a light drizzle.those Tata Sky contractors save tonnes of money by stealing the dish and wire which is allotted with every standard package.the charge you 50-60 rs per mtr which is available for 30-35 rs per meter at retail price.
