Hi,Has a new modem fixed the issue for you? I've been having frequent disconnects since last week when I switched to 16mbps from 4. Had no issues before. I'm on a 220 BXI already, although it is about 5-6 years old.The airtel guy is suspecting modem/splitter/cabling although I have a feeling its the modem and heat related as it disconnects after heavy usage often, but sometimes even randomly while idle.Anyway, let me know if a new modem fixed the issue for you and if you have any recommendation - I'm looking at the TP-Link 8817 at this point.Cheers,Carthik
