Upgrading to 1Gbps (Airtel Xstream Fiber) in Pune

Technically they haven't activated the plan and it still shows 200 Mbps on the app. Even the bill is generated as per the 200 Mbps plan only. The upgrade order for 1 Gbps is pending since last 10 days and I am just getting 500-900 Mbps speed most of the time. They have not bothered to replace the router as well.

Enjoy 1 gbps till they upgrade officially at a price of 200 mbps.
But yes, if you need to change plan again or need to add black plan, that won't be possible till they close the current order.

@87056 why are you selling g3 router ? what is the issue ? is it not able to provide you good speeds or what ?

I am planning to get a VSOL 2.5G ONU, the G3 works perfectly fine with Airtel as well as ACT Fibernet.

@87056 it only makes sense if you have a provider not enforcing 1gbps on OLT level. Airtel does enforce that limit so you won't get much benefit by upgrading to it. I have VSOL and I felt that I didn't need to do it
