yaa upload is free.But if u upload say 100MB file arond 1MB will be counted as download.

^ This is true for torrents... Not sure if u upload to link-removed/link-removed... u end up downloading 1MB.... Actually I have never uploaded anything as big as 100MB to a server at one go.... but yes, if u seed torrents, some amount of data gets downloaded...

i can confirm even if u use rapidshare1-2 download mbs are consumed even if u upload there

i think torrent consume 4-5 MB download not 1MB per 100MB upload

i think mtnl carge for upload because last two days i upload 452 mb data in toorent. when i check my use last two days use is 450 mb......

its for the 450MB that you might have downloaded and not the 452MB that u uploaded. The numbers being close is nothing but co-incidence. MTNL does NOT charge for uploads.

I have tricombo unlimited plan which provides for unlimited free downloads. any clue whether the upload are free? will i be charged for the upload which takes automatically while i download a movie from torrent? tc.
