uPnP setting on my router is greyed out and I can't enable it

Hi, I use Airtel Xstream Fiber and they gave me an Alphion router. My NAT type was kinda strict and I kept experiencing many issues with packet loss in many games. Someone on the internet advised to do port forwarding or enable uPnP. But my port forwarding settings are too odd and confusing. When I went to enable uPnP instead, the setting was greyed out. I had full access to the router too so it's not some admin only thing I think? Please help. Screenshot of uPnP
