GUYS FIXED!! WAN PORT WAS BROKEN.
I JUST MADE LAN4 UNTAGGED ON VLAN2 AND CPU UNTAGGED AND IT WORKED WHEN I PLUGGED IN CABLE TO LAN4 PORT
 
awesome in your config it looks like you are configuring lan/wan on the same physical interface. that as expected does not work.
