Usage issue - 117 Ip, tried in data.bsnl.in

Guys,

I have been trying to view my usage but been unsuccessful.
" Sorry, No Records Found " is the message that is displayed for March activitiy(unbilled)

I just changed my plan from 750 to BB Home 500. The plan is provisioned(Status) and i have already seen the speed change.

Now before starting to use the night unlimited i wanted to make sure that downloads during 2-8 are not being billed for me.

I even tried essbebe method of replacing an url with Customer number and still i get a blank xls with only header fields(Hope u guys can understand what i am trying to say here)

Can someone tell me if it will take a week or so before the usage is displayed??

BSNL lags at the beginning of month. Try after a day or two.

May i know in which city you reside? If you are from hyderabad, data.bsnl.in will not work for you. You have to register yourself @ new portal i.e

Yes for 117.xx.xx.xx.
I check mine In Datafox /firefox. for 59.xx.xx.xx
Also Excel report direct without using ID and PW.
downloaded a test file. for feb 2010.
